Approval Process

   - Once the customer approves the final design of the item, this approval is considered binding.

   - The customer will receive a proof or mock-up of the design for review and approval before production begins.

Customization and Personalization

   - The item will be customized or personalized according to the agreed-upon design specifications.

   - Any changes requested after approval may not be possible, or may incur additional charges.

No Returns or Exchanges

   - Due to the customized nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the design has been approved by the customer.

   - This policy ensures that each item is unique and tailored specifically for the customer, making it non-resell able .

Quality Assurance

   - We commit to producing the item to the highest quality standards based on the approved design.

   - If the final product deviates significantly from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss possible resolutions.

Damage During Shipping

   - In the event that the item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately.

   - We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate measures.

Cancellation Policy

   - Orders can be canceled before the design approval stage without any penalty.

   - Once the design is approved, the order cannot be canceled.

Customer Responsibilities

   - The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete design specifications and for reviewing the design proof carefully.

   - Approval of the design indicates that the customer has verified all details, including dimensions, colors, and any text or graphics.

Exceptions

   - Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our company.

   - Exceptions may include cases of significant error on our part that deviates from the approved design.

By proceeding with the design approval, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
